In our warehouse in SC, we can tailor inventory & service requirements around the customer's needs. E.g. a customer sends a pallet of goods and TEXBAY can re-package and ship the items individually to the end user. In order to keep shipping cost down, multiple packages can be put together and shipped in one parcel.

On an industrial level, customers can ship pallets which can be re-organized in pallets with different combinations of products. Then, those can be shipped directly to its final destination.

The basic process:
When receiving goods, items will be marked individually with a (unique and never repeating) reference number pertaining to the smallest, sellable item. This reference # is used in all activities and allows to build a history of activities. This process guarantees full traceability and helps to stay in compliance with ISO or other requirements.

Inventory levels, warehouse locations and other relevant information will be visible online in a timely manner. The customer will have online access to the warehouse information.

Location:
Our warehouse is located in Allendale, SC. The distance to the two major ports is close to equal 90 minutes away. This gives great choices when importing goods on the East Coast.

Storage Fees:
Storage fees are determined by the amount of space your products occupy, the type of items, and how long they are stored in the warehouse. Costs can vary based on these factors, and optimizing space usage can help reduce overall expenses.

Handling & Labor Cost:
Expenses related to moving, packing, and processing inventory, including staff wages and equipment.

Types of goods being stored:
The nature of the products (e.g., perishable goods, hazardous materials, high-value items) can impact pricing due to special handling, climate control, or security requirements. It is important to first find out if we can accommodate your goods if they have particular needs.

Technology and Automation:
We can discuss "none-standard" optimization for high high-volume items or items with special process or storage requirements.

Shipping:
TEXBAY offers to ship small packages, LTL, TL or full containers.
The customer can provide TEXBAY with the ship to address and the merchandise, along with its quantities. TEXBAY then will take the weights, dimension and all necessary information to provide the seller with shipping options for approval.
Upon seller approval, the shipping will be organized.

End Customer Service:
Upon seller's request, TEXBAY offers to train a dedicated person (Account Specialist) to answer customer questions on behalf of the seller. The Account Specialist acts in the best interest of the seller.

Marketing:
The seller can entrust TEXBAY to take on the marketing initiative. After thorough evaluation of a product, TEXBAY will offer a marketing strategy which is believed to be promising. The strategy may include marketing with the means of videos, trade shows, "cold calling", etc.

One-Stop-Shop:
For any size company, TEXBAY offers step by step support from receiving the product to shipping it. This "one-stop-shop" approach eliminates a lot uncertainties and allows the seller to focus on his core business.
The seller has the choice to also pick & choose the degree of his involvement. This way, the seller controls the outcome of the product up to the point he deems necessary and only pays for the serviced from there on.
