TEXBAY engages in two different kind of marketing levels:
1. Online marketing
2. Direct marketing

1. Online Marketing:
TEXBAY maintains a multi-vendor portal on an industrial level.
Our main focus is on textile related goods, machines & services; e.g. raw materials (fibers), half products (wovens, nonwovens etc) or end products (sellable textile goods or machines, parts and components).
On TEXBAY, a manufacturer / OEM can create a shop and with it a market presence in the USA.
TEXBAY can store and ship the items from one of its warehouses.

2. Direct marketing:
TEXBAY conducts Technical Sales. Experienced Technical Sales people will offer goods & machines posted on TEXBAY's platform directly to potential companies. Depending on the desired level of engagement or the complexity of the product, a manufacturer or OEM may send Technical Support to aid in the final steps of the sales.

3. Brief Overview of TEXBAY's services:
TEXBAY can take a foreign company all the way; importing & storing the goods, preparing marketing literature, connecting and selling to clients, shipping and much more.

Our services will eliminate
- the investment into a physical presence,
- the investment into a sales & marketing team,
- the investment into expensive warehousing,
- the investment into legal affairs running a company abroad
- the investment (time & money) in travelling abroad, or to customers
- other many advantages.
All of the above will help reduce the overall business expenses and makes the product more competitive or profitable.

Depending on the level of engagement, the manufacturer or OEM can train TEXBAY's Technical Sales Staff to ensure a proper representation of the product.

The manufacturer or OEM can consider TEXBAY as an extension of the company. Any level of engagement can be increased or reduced at any time. Once the manufacturer feels ready to move on without TEXBAY's envolvement, we can still assist & help in finding real estate, recruiting personnel or anything required to setup a proper company.

The manufacturer / OEM will be able to
* create their own shop
* upload physical or digital products
* can communicate with customers and provide technical advice
* can warehouse in one of TEXBAY'S warehouses
* can make use of various warehousing services
* will be part of some selling campaigns
* may benefit from special offers
* ... and there will be much more.

In order to become a vendor, you will need to sign up for "Bronze Membership". The first 30 days will be on us, then a monthly fee will apply. However, you can cancel any time.
After you became a member, you will be sent an onboarding package with the requirements to become a seller.
After carefully reading the onboarding package you can decide to remain a member or cancel the membership. In the latter, there will have been no charges incurred. In fact, you will have 30 days to decide before your first monthly charge would be due.

Not all vendors may be approved.
We try to fill a niche in the textile industry and that will be our focus. This is underlined by our brand name TEXBAY. If your products or services are not relevant enough to contribute towards that goal, you may not be eligible.

Examples for clear eligibility:
* Raw fibers which are typically used in textile processing
* wovens, knits, nonwovens, laminates, etc
* Composites from textile materials
* Chemicals or media which are needed to make composites or laminates
* Value added textiles, such as work gear, sewn, screen printed or embroidered items
* Equipment needed for weaving, knitting, laminating, coating
* Equipment needed to handle goods such as forklifts, cranes
* Laboratory equipment for textile testing
* Companies engaged in textile processing, such as weaving, knitting, laminating, etc
* Textile consultants

Examples which are excluded:
* Watches, Jewelry
* Guns
* Cars
* Buildings
* Toys
* Companies which are generally not focused on the textile industry such as streaming music or videos, none-textile relevant equipment makers, food, etc.

These are only a few examples to underline our intend to remain textile relevant.

To become a vendor, you will need to sign up as a Bronze Member.

Bronze Member ($ 0.00 for 30 days, then $50.00/ month, cancel any time):

After obtaining a Bronze Membership, you will be sent an onboarding package to review and to fill in. After approval, you will be setup to become a vendor. You can cancel any time before 30 days and it will cost you nothing. After 30 days, the first payment would become due.
