E-Glass Needled Mat:
E-Glass Needled Mat is made from fibers rated up to 1,112 degrees F. The filament diameter is of 6 to 14 µm and a cut fiber length of 30 to 100 mm (1.18-3.94 inch).
We offer two different bonding mechanisms:
1. Needle bonded: Needles mechanically intermingle the fibers with the means of an up-&-down movement. This process locks the fibers in place.
2. Stitch bonded: A polyester sewing thread bonds the random oriented fibers together.
